This is a note of caution for those interested in the products of Aristo Co. of Bulgaria. We have received numerous emails and calls concerning their status. Our current listings of Aristo hand made products are our only remaining inventory from Aristo Co.
 

We are unable to contact Aristo co. they very rarely answer their email and the phone number on their website belongs to an individual who left the company over ten months ago. Nevertheless, Aristo Co. is not honoring or are unable to honor orders which they are accepting. Apparently, they are either going out of business or not producing any additional products at this time.

If you are to purchase any products from Aristo it is suggested that you do not wire your payment. Be sure the seller has the item in stock and pay using a credit card or other means which allows you to retrieve your money if the order is never fulfilled..   Yes, I believe they are either gone for good or are going to try selling under another name. We are out well over a grand due to their neglect. They took the money and didn't provide the merchandise. Unfortunately, we being in the US were responsible for refunding the buyer. Last time we ever do business like that over seas. Unfortunate too, they had great designs. I was told that Galia had a nervous breakdown and decided to turn to Christianity... according to Simo. I think it was just a bunch of lies and consider them thieves.

  I think putting up this forum was a great idea. I may be wrong but it seems at this point that they have also taken down their website and only their domain name is there which just leads to a blank page because there is no website. I sent them a dozen emails at different times none of which got a response. I am wondering if you heard from them at all since this mess started. I guess all our money paid for orders that were never delivered is really gone for good.

  Hello,

  Are you having problems with Aristo Fashion? We sure are.

  We have orders pending since July! Galina said they would be shipped on Nov 7, 06 but we still haven't received them and they will not respond. ... is getting upset that they wont email me. Now we have a buyer who is threatening a lawsuit if we don't send him the items he ordered or refund his money. What do you think?

  We have 2 orders outstanding with this company and they have not replied to any of our emails or phone calls.

  Very upsetting and now we are being contacted from the buyers of the orders for a refund! 
   

• Do you know if Aristofashion in Bulgaria has gone out of business? In Jan I placed an order for ... and paid but now all has gone quiet and I get no response. Do you know anything? I would still like to get the coat and see you may be able to supply it. Hope to hear from you.
   
• I think that these are probably well intentioned people who are talented designers but they don't know how to manage a business.  We both run businesses and we know how difficult it can be, these people don't even bother to respond to emails for weeks at a time even when the business was operational, and that is the first mistake you make in business.   They owe me ...  and I thank God it's not more than that.
  
  They took my order last year ... and then after writing many emails about why my order had not arrived...
  
  One thing that was not making sense to me was that if they were just out to con people, why would they be updating their website and posting new designs so it made me think that they were really business people and they were trying to save their business somehow.   I needed to make sure that I wasn't the only one who was having a communication problem with them, so I contacted all of the businesses that were selling Aristo Co products in the USA according to their website and you are the only one I have received a response from.
